WHAT IS ST. ANTHONY’S BREAD?

St. Anthony’s Bread is the food pantry of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Serving thousands of families every month, we are proud to help support our community by providing nutritious meals to those in need.

 

Our Food Pantry serves families with an address located in the following Montgomery County zip codes:

ARE YOU NEW TO OUR PANTRY? At your first visit our volunteers will ask you provide a valid identification or a utility/service bill containing your name and address.  If the address falls in one of the zip codes listed above, you will fill out a short registration form (available in both English and Spanish) which is then used to create your ID card to be presented at each time you come to the pantry. Remember, we ask you wait 14 days between visits.

Food Pantry Hours

  • 8AM – 10AM: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

  • ** Pantry will close earlier than posted when we run out of food
  • Each family must allow a minimum of 14 days between visits

Holiday Closures

The St. Anthony’s Bread Food Pantry will be closed for distribution on:

  • Saturday, March 22, 2025
  • Tuesday, April 15, 2025
  • Thursday, April 17, 2025
  • Saturday, April 19, 2025
  • Saturday, April 26, 2025

Volunteer at St. Anthony’s Bread

Are you looking for a place to offer your time and talent in our parish? Many Volunteers are needed for the daily operations of the St. Anthony’s Bread Food Pantry.

Help is needed in the following tasks:

  • Unload truck deliveries from different vendors.
  • Sort food donations received, stock shelves.
  • Pre-pack bags of food.
  • Deliver bags/boxes of food to those in need by loading cars on food delivery days.
